I'm just a little bit whacky and a hell of a lot clingy. I am a huge fan of love: Alan Rickman , David Bowie ... They are my gods !!! I also like starbucks, cupcakes, Books, holding hands, horror stories, Edgar Allen Poe, Stephen KIng, Labyrinth and peircings.
I have ten piercins altogether. 3 in my left ear , 5 in my right and 2 in my belly.
Other than being obssesed over david Bowie I also love 1950's pin up.

So this morning I took my dog for an hour long walk on the beach and I burnt 700 calories on the exercise bike before dinner……
So today I have consumed around 1700 calories (could have been less, but hey i like my food )….. walking to and from school i burnt around 25 calories and this evening i proceeded to use the exercise bike for half an hour resulting in a calorie loss of of 1100. I then did some weight lifting work out for 20 minutes and have done 40 sit ups. After all this I feel really good about my self….. so how will i be reawrding myself, you may ask?

So went on the exercise bike again this morning and burnt 2000 calories in under an hour whilst watching the MTV awards….. starting to feel better about myself
So I was casually working out on my exercise bike for an hour when I noted I had burnt 3000 calories…. I’m currently coming down from an exercise high.
In just over one week I have gone from weighing 137 pounds to 131 pounds. It’s taken me around nine days to drop 6 pounds and thats just by doing 15-20 minutes exercise a day and eating smaller portions….. so happy.
